spicesIf the kitchen is a stage, then happily I am the leading lady. I love food.  Let me repeat that in case you are not convinced.  I love food and more importantly, I love to eat food.

Recipes are a great starting point, but to fully enjoy the experience, I recommend taking a recipe and using it as a springboard from which you can take a creative leap and truly make it your own.  Although, I’m not classically trained in the culinary arts, I do have a delectable palette,  a keen sense of smell, and I’m okay with saying ‘wow that really doesn’t taste good, do you want to try it’.  A great combination for a food adventure.
